Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing times. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at wigzthingz22@gmail.com so we can assist.
